Celebrating 130 years of service with the Media Fire Company!
On Saturday October 2, 2021, the fire company organized a short parade and ceremony to celebrate 130 years of service to Media Borough and the housing the company’s 2020 Pierce Pumper. The parade started at 12:00 NOON and went west on State Street to Jackson then north on Jackson St. past the fire house.
A housing ceremony took place after the parade. Borough Council, the Media Borough Police and fire companies from all over Delaware County were present to celebrate the housing of the new Pumper.
