Meet our pet of the month Waffles! Waffles is a miniature Goldendoodle who loves treats, getting pets, running his his backyard, and making friends with other dogs around the Borough! Though he can be shy around strangers, he never fails to bring a smile to people’s faces and has a special gift of cheering you up when you are feeling down.

Waffles loves being outside, but when hot weather hits in the summer Waffles wants to remind owners of the dangers of the heat with your furry friends. It is important to never leave your pet in the car, and watch out for the temperature on the pavement. Hot pavement can burn your pet’s precious paws and it can be very painful for them. It is also important to make sure that your pet is always hydrated. The summer heat can be very dangerous if your pet is dehydrated.
