Media Borough has been awarded a grant of $73,000 from the Community Development Block Grant Program, a federal funding program administered locally by Delaware County that supports the development of viable urban communities.  The grant will be used to improve access to the SEPTA Regional Rail Station (Media/Elwyn Line) by providing additional pedestrian lighting and wayfinding signage along Orange Street between Baltimore Avenue and the south border of the borough (just 400 feet from the station).  The project will be implemented over the next two years.
